I accept that in the event of stand sizes being oversubscribed I may be offered a substitute stand (any substitute will be charged at the appropriate rate). In the event of Call to Arms being oversubscribed stand space will be allocated on the basis of the date of receipt of the booking form and payment. Only full payment and confirmation of a stand being allocated by the trade coordinator secures a stand. Payment is non refundable, in the event of non-attendance or cancellation by a trader payment cannot be carried over to other Newbury and Reading Wargames Society events.
